How we view things can either be powerful mind medicine for us or a slow and steady poison affecting ourselves, our relationships, resulting in physical manifestations. When stuck with feelings of worry, fear, anxiety, sadness, judgement, shame and guilt , we often hold back from expressing these emotions for fear of pushing those we love further away. When in a reactive state you may say or do things that don’t come from your heart.
